    Yes. Our consultants have delivery experience across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Integrations, Adaptive Planning, and Recruiting. We do not subcontract functional areas we are not confident in — if we take on a module, we own it.
  • 2. Can you provide onshore and offshore coverage?
    Yes. We operate from offices in Houston, Lucknow, and Bhubaneswar, which gives us genuine overlap with clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. Our offshore team supports clients during the 8am–1pm EST window as a minimum, with extended coverage available depending on engagement type.
  • 3. Do you offer pay-as-you-go support?
    Yes. We charge for hours used with no minimum commitment required. For new clients, we also offer the first 3 support tickets — up to 10 hours — at no cost, so you can experience the quality of our work before making any commitment.
  • 4. How do you handle Workday release updates?
    Workday releases two major updates per year. Our AMS clients receive proactive release planning support — we review the release notes, flag what affects your tenant, and advise on testing priorities. You should never be caught off guard by a platform change.
